In essence it’s ‘Pay Monthly Marketing’. We offer all of our marketing services on a monthly subscription basis, equipping you with all of our expertise for a fixed duration every month, at a fraction of the cost of hiring specialists in-house, or multiple third parties.

Imagine being able to just contact one agency and ask them to ‘update that on the website’ or ‘create this for an event next week’. We’ve designed this package to make your life easier if you are in need of professional marketing content produced at your beck and call.

Tailored to your needs.

Everything can of course be tailored to suit you, if you want more hours or a bigger budget on social media advertisement then just let us know! Each package is created bespoke to you and your needs, so please don’t fret that you’ll be stuck with your package forever, we’re happy to adapt to whatever your marketing needs may be.

Web Design

Additions, amendments or updates to your website. Add a news update, blog articles, service pages, website changes (logo, address etc) and…well…anything!

Graphic Design

Any design work you need created at your discretion including (and not limited to) leaflets, flyers, banners, business cards, social media banners etc etc.

Video Production

If you need video production then we can film, edit and upload all of your videos on a monthly basis guaranteeing specific quantities each month.

Social Media

Taking care of all your social media pages to ensure consistent posts and updates are going live to build trust with your customers and increase humanisation.

SEO

Ongoing SEO work to ensure your website ranks for specific search terms in Google, Yahoo and Bing – ensuring we plan what terms will work best.

Ad Management

Taking care of all your Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads and also including print advertisement for magazines and newspapers.

What’s Included?

Everything we offer as a marketing agency is included within our monthly marketing package. Once signed up, you gain our entire workforce with our multitude of services.

It all operates on the basis of what assets you require, and the amount of time it takes to achieve them. Certain aspects take more (or less) time than others, so we can generally say ‘that will take [x] amount of hours’ and then that simply gets deducted from however much time you have opted for each month.

If we know that each month you definitely need certain aspects completed, then we will ensure your package covers at least that amount of time each month. If there’s ever a time when your hours are up then it’s fine, we simply charge a small hourly ad-hoc fee to cover it.

How it Works.

When we speak to anyone about the monthly marketing package, they love the idea, but then can’t think how it will work in practice. Well it’s honestly very simple and we’ve broken down the process as follows:

Step 1: Package Options

The first step is to discuss with you exactly what you want from your Marketing Management Package. It doesn’t matter if you don’t want all of the services we provide, you can simply choose one or as many of our marketing services to have at your disposal. You can entirely change what you want and we will let you know how each change effects the monthly amount you will need to pay.

We understand this is quite an undertaking for anyone and so we only require you to sign up for the first three months, almost like a trial period for you to see exactly how the package works and what benefits you gain each month. Thereafter contracts are simply agreed upon 6 month periods, so you aren’t tied in to anything seriously long-term and payments are set up as Direct Debits through our online Account.

Step 2: Client Management

With everything discussed, we then create you and us a joint account on whichever online management system you prefer (Asana, Trello, Monday etc) which allows you to add all the jobs you want to be completed in a simple list format and then continually update this as you wish.

We then simply work our way down your list. So whatever is at the top of the list is what we’ll be currently working on and you can of course change this as you want. For example if you suddenly have an event pop up and you realise that you’re going to need some banners designed, simply add that to the top of the list, we get a notification saying the change has been made and we know to then work on that asset instead now. You can also add notes to each section as well.

If you’re not a fan of the these management systems then we are happy to work in whichever way best suits you, whether that’s just a simple telephone/email setup, that’s fine by us!

Step 3: Creation of Work

So with you set up and all ready to go, we simply complete the work required. As soon as work is complete, we send it across for your approval and upon completion, we simply move that job into the ‘completed’ section and continue to the next job to be done. Simple as that!
